All Sikh Awards entries are initially scrutinised by an experienced and respected panel of judges ensuring the integrity of the event is upheld. Those selected will be announced at the ceremony.

Inderjit has 26 years experience in investment banking and prior to co-founding BellHouse Capital was a London Management Board member for UniCredit (HVB) and Managing Director jointly responsible for UK fixed income sales, global hedge fund coverage and Western Europe structured product sales.

Mrs Nita Thapar
Nita Thapar is currently a Local Director for Metro Bank. Nita has extensive experience and understanding of both retail and commercial banking. This has been built over a period of more than 30 years, working both internationally as well as in the UK.

Sandeep is a UK Partner at Deloitte, who specialises in the Consumer Products industry and has extensive experience leading cross-border transactions for both corporate and private equity investors in India, Africa, Europe, Asia and the United States. He also has extensive experience in advising clients on growth market strategy and M&A execution.

Sharon Kaur is managing director of Sahara Homes Limited, a company she founded in 1997. She was named ‘East London Business Person of the Year’ in 2006, ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the Asian Women of Achievement Awards and ‘Businesswomen of the Year’ at the Asian Women Awards in 2007.

Mr Sital Singh Mann
Sital Singh is the founder of the UK Sikh Healthcare Chaplaincy Group, which provides services for healthcare chaplains and provides guidance on issues concerning the care of Sikh patients. He also owns The Punjab Restaurant, the oldest North Indian restaurant in the UK, serving generations since 1946.
